The CopingView Instrument provides insight into the relative intensities of an individual’s repertoire of Coping Mechanisms, and defines the nature of the mindset.

The term, “Coping Mechanism”, is given to the complex adaptive codes and intelligences that adapt in response to one’s internal and external life conditions (a bio-psycho-cultural-social systems intelligence). These complex adaptive intelligences influence all of one’s thinking and behaviour.
