Early in his career as an Engineer and Senior Manager in the large-scale privatization of the UK water Industry, Christopher became known as an agent of ‘beneficial’ change. An early desire to understand how people tick has led him to become an ‘Integral Informed’ coach, mentor, trainer and facilitator. Christopher has demonstrated niches at the cutting edge of innovation and change in multiple arenas from innovative technologies to organizational development. 

Christopher advises on and delivers advanced training on Full Spectrum Emergence for the owners and trainers of Erickson Coaching International for whom he has recently delivered programs in China, the former Soviet Union, and Canada. 

Christopher is an accredited educator and Field Professional for Holistic Management and focuses application across all sectors. Christopher has operated internationally since 2004 with a specific focus on troubleshooting complex issues. 

She is also developing a network of Learning Hubs, Accredited Educators, and EOV Verified Producers. She holds a BA in sociology and anthropology from Carleton College, and an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
