This instrument indicates the relative intensity of change energy along the the five-phase path of Coping Mechanism transition. Additional scales include: a Flex Factor (degree of readiness for change), a Stability Factor (thrives on order or chaos), Patterns of Inner Change (First Order and Second Order Change).
